Purpose of the Role
The Senior HRBP acts as a strategic partner to one of VNGGames' business units, primarily responsible for connecting HR strategy with business goals — ensuring the organization has the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time.

The Senior HRBP acts as a strategic partner to one of VNGGames' business units, primarily responsible for connecting HR strategy with business goals — ensuring the organization has the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to Line Managers/Directors within the assigned business unit, advising on organizational, people, and performance matters
- Lead workforce planning: forecast headcount needs and collaborate with TA to ensure recruitment stays on schedule and quality
- Drive the performance management cycle: goal-setting, reviews, calibration, and capability development
- Advise on and manage employee relations cases (discipline, grievances, terminations), ensuring compliance with labor law and minimizing risk
- Analyze HR data (attrition, engagement, headcount) to generate insights and recommend actions to leadership
- Contribute to org design, career pathing, and talent retention programs
- Partner on culture and engagement initiatives within the assigned business unit
- Collaborate with C&B, L&D, and TA to ensure aligned, consistent HR policy execution
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in tech, gaming, or another fast-paced business environment
- Hands-on experience in performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and present HR insights to senior leadership
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working directly with Directors/C-level
- Working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Good English (able to read documentation and communicate with stakeholders)
