Senior Product Owner, Verichains

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and strategy of TrueID, our enterprise Digital Identity platform serving Banking and Fintech clients.

TrueID provides:

- eKYC & Video eKYC

- Face Authentication with Liveness Detection

- Multi-Factor Authentication (Face, SmartOTP, Passkey/FIDO2)

As a Senior Product Owner at TrueID, you will have the ultimate responsibility for decision-making and prioritization for driving product strategy, roadmap, and product development to solve for identity trust in the financial sector in Vietnam and BFSI markets. You will operate to deliver next-generation Digital Identity/eKYC product offerings to our clients. You will play a key role in ideating and co-creating new features that uniquely meet the needs of clients & market.

Responsibilities

• Product Backlog & Delivery
• Own and maintain the product backlog
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features based on business impact and delivery feasibility
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions
• Ensure releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards

• Requirement Management: Collect and clarify requirements from clients, Presales, and Product Leadership. Analyze and decompose them into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable development tasks.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with AI team, Software development team to deliver product features of the product roadmap
• Quality & Release Management: Validate feature acceptance criteria, Monitor post-release issues and drive improvements, ensure proper documentation for SDK integration and API usage
• Hands-on experience with product collaboration and delivery tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira

• 3+ years experience as Product Owner / Senior Product Owner
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Ability to create a compelling product vision, convince & lead the team to that vision
• Ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot product opportunities, and inform product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with eKYC, Biometric authentication, or AI fraud prevention solutions
• Experience leveraging AI agents or AI-driven tools to enhance product discovery, requirement analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency
• Experience of managing Banking & Financial B2B products through the full life cycle: strategy, development, experimentation, launch, optimization
