Job description
As a Game Operations Collaborator at our game publishing studio, you will work with a diverse portfolio of games, spanning various genres such as FPS, Simulation, MMORPG, or Card Battle-CBG. Your primary goal will be to deliver the best possible gaming experience for our players while ensuring the long-term success of our products in their target markets.
1. Game Review (15%):
- Test and evaluate new games in foreign markets: China (CN), South Korea (KR).
- Provide feedback and suggestions to support the selection of new games for release.
2. Product Operations (60%):
- Test operating games: features, events, etc. to ensure that the game/version update does not have any serious errors when operating.
- Exchange information with internal teams (Marketing/CS/Data) and with territory teams.
3. Data Analysis (15%):
- Regularly collect and analyze data to report on product health.
- Gather customer information/opinions/feedback and track metrics to analyze player behavior, thereby improving content and developing the product.
4. Customer Support (10%):
- Stay informed about opinions and feedback on the product to support players and the community in a timely and prompt manner.
Requirement
- Passionate about gaming: Enjoys playing games and keeps up-to-date with diverse knowledge of games and related genres - Card Battle or FPS, Simulation, MMORPG (can be proficient in just one genre).
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills.
- Possesses data analysis skills.
- Has basic English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Communicates clearly and effectively, with good presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive, hardworking, highly responsible, eager to learn, and not afraid of challenges.
