Job description

Answer questions from Customers about account game information, fanpage events, loyalty programs,...
Scope of work: Customer Support, Team Support, Market Research Support, Reporting
Customer support channel: Via Messenger, CS Platform,...
Centralization, support other teams on game testing and taking other requests.
Check and resolve complaints related to in-game issues, payment and ad-hoc cases for Customers.
Rotating shift: 5 shifts/week; On duty for Tet holidays.
Working hours: Shift 1 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Shift 2 (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Requirement

At least one year of experience in customer care, consulting and persuading customers.
Good communication: written English or Chinese is a priority.
Good at communication, always eager to support, thoroughly solves problems, and helps customers feel the excellent support service, always prioritizes the customer.
Must love games and personal PC/Laptop for remote working.
Responsible, completes tasks, and can handle the pressure of a high volume of support customers.
Honest, careful, proactive, eager to learn new knowledge, and good at solving problems.
Willing to work in shifts, including during holidays and Tet.
Proficient in computers, with good writing skills.
