OVERVIEW

VNG is currently looking for an Employer Branding Intern. As an intern, you will focus on producing engaging content and maintain a strong employer presence for VNG’s business unit - VNGGames on social media platforms. You will also assist internal communications team to execute and deliver effective employee messages and carry out different programs and activities.

As part of our high-performing team, the intern will have the following responsibilities: 

Employer Branding Communication [70%]

  • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative brand content for VNGGames that resonates with our target audience while maintaining a consistent brand image
  • Engage with audience and community pages for wider reach
  • Research & be proactive to catch trends of online marketing and social media tools, technologies, applications, and new branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with different business, marketing teams to deliver up-to-date content
  • Work with the design team to produce related creative assets

Internal Communication [30%]

  • Plan, write, and edit internal announcements, publications, and other related communication materials on channels such as emails, newsletter, monthly meetings
  • Support in managing the system of VNGGames' internal communication channels
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of communications
  • Collect best practices from the industry (technology and games) and propose feasible applications to VNG and VNGGames’ context
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu

Background:
  • Senior students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or related majors.
  • Have 01 year of experience in writing content
Characteristics:
  • Good English writing and editing skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Experience or interest in employer branding and organizational culture
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
  • Proficiency in communication and social media tools (ie: Canva, CapCut, AI tools)
  • Good visual thinking and aesthetics is a plus
