  • Lead product discovery initiatives by conducting user research, market research and data analysis to generate and validate feature ideas.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Prioritize features and requirements based on business value, complexity and stakeholder input to effectively manage product backlog.
  • Develop comprehensive product specifications with a focus on UX/UI optimization, technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team to deliver Product output on time and effectively
  • Define key product metrics, monitor product performance through data tracking for ongoing evaluation
  • Drive Agile product development with tools like Confluence, Jira, ensuring continuous iteration and feedback

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager role
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum teams. Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira and Figma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualification:
  • Expertise in data querying and dashboard building
  • Expertise in UX/UI design
  • Experience in the Gaming/Payment industries, with a deep understanding of industry insights and user behaviors.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products/features from concept to launch
