As the Marketing Owner, you will lead a team and work with cross-functional teams to drive the growth of users for games launched in the SEA Market (Thailand, Indonesia)

Your role will focus on Brand and Reputation marketing, where you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and communication thought leadership in digital marketing, to support the Product teams to improve product performance.

This will involve inspiring and educating members with market insights, shaping content strategy, and communicating via scalable marketing channels. You will also build plans to build and strengthen the company’s reputation with users, key opinion leaders, and local agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer the search and online brand advertising markets, support Team growth and business-generating efforts in the SEA market, and create a strong localized view and go-to-market strategies on market approach around new product launches.
  • Drive the development and implementation of marketing plans for users, advertisers, and publisher games in partnership with Telco, Payments, and other local agencies.
  • Uncover insights about Indonesia, and Philippines users, key opinion formers, and the digital ecosystem to inform initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate consumer marketing opportunities, and initiate programs to increase awareness by developing creative programs, brand awareness campaigns, and promotions.
  • Drive country digital ecosystem efforts to support the development of digital advertisement sustained growth momentum among local businesses and users.
  • Manage all resources including Marketing staff; budget; and database and ensure the working process aligns with the Business goals

  • Experience managing direct and cross-functional teams to increase company business growth and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts. 
  • Understanding marketing strategic and competitive position, and ability to determine the optimal way to position products in the market and understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets.
  • Ability to develop and understand strategy, driving strategic alignment with executive stakeholders and inspiring teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to build diverse and inclusive teams, and attract and retain talent.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to foster and develop key relationships with partners-functional teams to increase company business growth and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts.
