Mô tả công việc

  • Directly manage team members (3-4 headcounts) to fulfill full scope and process of:
    • Payroll processing including last payments for local & expatriate employees across multiple legal entities
    • Tax responsibilities, including monthly tax declaration and Personal Income Tax finalization
    • Social Insurance Administration
    • Trade Union management
    • Compensation & benefits data maintenance
    • Internal & external reporting
  • Manage and work with agencies to ensure the smooth execution of payroll services
  • Generate staff cost monthly reports & reconciliation
  • Manage and implement all rewards and benefits policies for employees, including:
    • Leave administration
    • Medical/Hospitalization benefits
    • Employee claims processing
  • Support in composing HR policies, processes, and other communication materials
  • Participate in a full process of building new HR tools/systems and transformation/transition initiatives
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build and develop human resources management tools
  • Manage employee data both online and in hard copies
  • Explain company rules and regulations to employees and gather feedback
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Legal, External & Internal Audit teams
  • Assist Team Leaders in various Compensation & Benefits annual cycle and ad-hoc projects
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven experience working with companies of 2000-3000 employees or within a reputable HR outsourcing firm.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and a high level of integrity.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Professional demeanor, self-confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
