Being one of the most dynamic team in Zalopay, our mission is to promote a cashless Vietnam with a focus on some of the top daily user scenarios. We manage the entire growth funnel end-to-end, from developing strategic partnership, understanding user insight, driving product initiatives and go-to-market execution.
Building on our domestic success, we’re now going global with cross-border initiatives that enable cashless usage for Vietnamese users when travelling aboard, and for international visitors when they come to Vietnam.

Get to know Your Role:
We are looking for a strong player with a burning passion to drive up cross-border payments business. Obsessed with product growth and enthusiastic about building fast and furious go-to-market executions that penetrate new markets to be the leader.
Go-to-market Execution (70%):
- Do everything it takes to grow payment volume & monthly paying users.
- Collab with Growth Marketing team to define target audience and product proposition for cross-border payment through extensive user research and market intelligence.
- Define and Execute Go-to-market plan for both inbound (international visitors come to Vietnam) and outbound (Vietnamese people travel to foreign countries) to win market share and increase user adoption. This includes proactively finding and contacting key decision influencers (Tourism companies, Tour guide, KOLs/KOCs, government agencies, etc...) to promote the product.
- Act as an owner to collaborate with both external partners and internal stakeholders (Account Management/ Sales, Marketing, Product, Other business verticals) to set up and deliver campaigns/ initiatives, ensure seamless communication and deliver the best results.
- Manage performance tracking & reporting of user adoption/user behavior/sales plan metrics and draw out action plan to enhance performance.
- Play an active role in exploring opportunities & challenges and propose new ideas to drive up business impacts.
- Work closely with back-office teams (FP&A, Operation, Product) to onboard Zalopay's partners, ensure smooth onboarding process
- Support the supervisor on analyzing performance and conducting reports to higher level
- Liase with Product, CS team to resolve any product issues that impact on user’s experience
- Other tasks as assigned by project team. Either small or big ones, you are always contributing to our vertical’s growth thanks to novel ideas, smooth operation & can-do attitude!
Yêu cầu
- 1 years' experience in the Business field, with a solid foundation in international products & services (non-profit organizations, exchange programs, online travel to name but a few), coupled with high interest in expanding Vietnamese tech product to abroad.
- Careful & excellent execution capability, collaboration with multiple teams from Vietnam to abroad and self-lead their progress.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and resilient individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Striving for excellence & perfect execution mindset. Proactive
- Hands-on experience with international products & services (exchange programs, online travel, marketing agency) is a plus.
- Comfortable with realistic go-to market, detailed marketing execution and business development activities.
- Flexible mindsets & skillsets to head up any business challenge & control the situation.
- Major in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product or related fields.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and comfortable building relationships and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Logical analytical skills and comfortable with breaking down data.
- English fluency is a must to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Based in HCMC.
