  • Ability to effectively manage a team and recruit new hires when necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s core products and services.
  • Consulting, guidance and support team member to drive the business result.
  • Customer care, product and company brand development in the market.
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with Merchants and their key personnel to become a trusted partner for our clients
  • Identifying and developing opportunities with existing Merchants
  • Ensure KPI’s and targets are being met
  • Manage the business side for development, enhancements or change requests with the Merchants and supporting the internal teams
  • Understand user’s experience & merchant concern - working with Marketing & Product team to find out best solution for merchants/business model.
  • Build and update customer records and report to Associate Manager periodically or when requested
  • Report and advise the Board of Directors on market activities and competitors

Yêu cầu

  • More than 3 years experiences in Sale/Business Development or similar role in tech company
  • Understanding of payment technology, e-wallet
  • Passionate about sales, able to withstand sales pressure
  • Know how to analyze the market, approach customers, consult and persuade customers.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others
  • Agile, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure
  • Degree: College graduate or higher.
