Mô tả công việc

  • System Development: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a large-scale Payment Platform for VNG's games and services; ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Process Optimization with AI: Utilize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT...) to accelerate coding, code reviews, source code refactoring, unit testing, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Technical Leadership: Participate in the Code Review process, mentor junior members, and define system architecture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with teams (Frontend, Product, QC, Operations...) to implement features and ensure a seamless user experience. 

Yêu cầu

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years working deeply with Java in a Production environment.
  • Solid Foundation: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and databases.
  • Java Ecosystem: Proficient in Java Core and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).
  • Database & Caching: Experience working with MySQL/PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization), Redis, and MongoDB.
  • Distributed Systems: Proficient in messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ; clear understanding of Microservices and Modular Monolith architectures.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
  • Problem-solving Mindset: Ability to analyze problems under high pressure, actively seeking new technology solutions (especially AI) to improve and evolve systems.
  • Experience building payment systems, payment gateways, or Fintech solutions.
  • A proactive approach to integrating AI into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
