Mô tả công việc

  • Produce Thailand video and static ads for Meta, TikTok and Google, taking daily orders from UA team through the creative queue.
  • Write Thailand hooks, copy, subtitles and voice-over scripts that sound like Vietnamese football fans.
  • Make 3–5 variations of every winning ad, and adapt winners from other markets for Thailand.
  • Build master files for new concepts so the Thailand and Indonesia teams can adapt them.
  • Tag every asset before it goes live; review results weekly and kill or iterate based on which ads bring players who stay, not clicks.
  • Bring Thailand football insight to every concept: the legends and events that move Thailand players, V.League and national-team moments, and rival campaigns. Play the game regularly.
  • Turn LiveOps events and top-up packs into ad concepts, and request the gameplay footage you need from Product in time.
  • Work within the brand guidelines, and check anything new in tone or format with Brand Marketing first.

Yêu cầu

Must have
  • 1–3 years making performance video and static ads for mobile games or apps, with a portfolio.
  • Strong in Premiere Pro or After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop or Figma.
  • Native Vietnamese with natural copywriting; working English for files shared with other markets.
  • Follows football closely: V.League, the national team and the Premier League.
  • Fast and organised: can turn around several orders a day and keep files clean for others to reuse.
  • Comfortable being judged on numbers and changing a creative because the data says so.
Nice to have
  • Has played FC Mobile, eFootball or Total Football seriously.
  • Uses AI tools to produce variations faster.
  • Has worked with UA teams on Meta, TikTok or Google ads.
