About the Role:

We seek a  Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent across various industries and skill sets.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent and foster a positive company culture.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
