  • Develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of business
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
  • Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business propose
  • Construct forecasts and analytical models
  • Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
  • Understand and shape the team’s strategy and mission

Yêu cầu

  • At least 4 years experiences in Business Intelligence/Business Data Analyst/Strategic Planner or relevant role. Previous experience in Fintech/Banking/Consumer Lending is a plus
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and above in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, and other related fields
  • Proficiency in, Excel, SQL and Dashboard tools, and PPT presentation
  • A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region is a plus
  • Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Be opened minded, can-do attitude and willing to debate to protect your ideas/solutions bases on your data/knowledges/experiences.
