  • Answer questions from Customers about account game information, fanpage events, loyalty programs,...
  • Scope of work: Customer Support, Team Support, Market Research Support, Reporting
  • Customer support channel: Via Messenger, CS Platform,...
  • Centralization, support other teams on game testing and taking other requests.
  • Check and resolve complaints related to in-game issues, payment and ad-hoc cases for Customers.
  • Rotating shift: 5 shifts/week; On duty for Tet holidays.
  • Working hours: Shift 1 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Shift 2 (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Yêu cầu

  • At least one year of experience in customer care, consulting and persuading customers.
  • Good communication: written English or Chinese is a priority.
  • Good at communication, always eager to support, thoroughly solves problems, and helps customers feel the excellent support service, always prioritizes the customer.
  • Must love games and personal PC/Laptop for remote working.
  • Responsible, completes tasks, and can handle the pressure of a high volume of support customers.
  • Honest, careful, proactive, eager to learn new knowledge, and good at solving problems.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including during holidays and Tet.
  • Proficient in computers, with good writing skills.
