Key responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programs, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training).
  • Create and maintains communications channels with program participants.
  • Conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact.
  • Involve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programs.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • A proactive, open-minded individual with a genuine interest in learning and growth.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast-learner with strong time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do spirit.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and design visually appealing learning materials.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Apps).
Preferred Experience:
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience or internship in a similar role within the MNC, FMCG, or Tech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Passionate about Learning & Development with a curious mindset, eager to explore innovative methods and stay updated on market trends.
