Mô tả công việc

  • Executive monthly payroll includes last payments for local & expatriates across many legal entities
  • Manage and work with agencies to ensure smooth execution of payroll services
  • Staff cost monthly reports & reconciliation
  • Manage and implement all rewards and benefits policies for employees
  • Dealing with many stakeholders i.e. Finance, Legal, External & Internal Audit…
  • Manage employee data both online and in hard copies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build and develop human resources management tools.
  • Explain and gather feedback about the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for developing relevant policies and procedures
  • Responsible for Personal Income Tax includes monthly tax declaration and PIT finalization
  • Administration and management of employee benefits e.g. Leave, Medical/ Hospitalization, Claims
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager. 

Yêu cầu

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven experience working with companies of 2000-3000 employees or within a reputable HR outsourcing firm.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and a high level of integrity.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Professional demeanor, self-confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
