You are passionate about user growth and innovation. Zalopay is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to lead and execute growth strategies for our Investment vertical. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, converting, and retaining users by creating compelling marketing narratives, optimizing out-app channels, and launching impactful campaigns.

What you will do 

1. Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of ZaloPay’s Investment products.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new financial services and features.
  • Craft user-centric messaging and creative communication angles tailored to different audience segments.
  • Drive experimentation in campaign formats, creative storytelling, and digital trends to improve performance.

2. User Acquisition & Communication

  • Own and optimize in/out-app marketing channels including social media, influencer/KOL marketing, and paid media (digital ads).
  • Design and launch integrated campaigns combining both paid and organic approaches to drive measurable user growth.
  • Monitor acquisition funnels and continuously iterate to improve conversion rates and CAC.

3. Retention & Engagement

  • Build retention programs through gamification, loyalty initiatives, and value-driven content.
  • Create community engagement strategies and campaigns to deepen user affinity and repeat usage.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to enhance lifecycle marketing and user stickiness.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Business, Data, and Design teams to align marketing plans with product roadmap and business KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and creative partners to amplify campaign reach.
  • Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure high ROI on all growth activities. 

Yêu cầu

What you will need 

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications—preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital consumer services.
  • Practical understanding of the user insights with investment products (e.g., crypto, stocks, savings), especially from personal experience is a must/ highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of out-app growth channels such as influencer marketing, social media, paid ads, and partnerships.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling, user insights, and brand building.
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
