Creative Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute creative, out-app growth strategies to drive brand awareness and user adoption for Zalopay’s Financial Services.
  • Craft compelling marketing narratives and communication angles that resonate with different user segments.
  • Participate Go-to-market campaign for new product launches
  • Experiment with innovative storytelling formats, social trends, and creative activations to maximize engagement and virality.
Out-App Communication & User Acquisition
  • Own and optimize out-app channels, including social media, influencer marketing, digital ads, to attract new users.
  • Build and scale promotion-driven campaigns that integrate both paid and organic marketing efforts.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across multiple touchpoints.
Retention & Engagement
  • Develop retention initiatives, including gamified experiences, loyalty programs, and community-driven activations.
  • Optimize communication flows and messaging frameworks to drive user stickiness and long-term engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Data, and Design,...) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with external agencies, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand visibility and storytelling.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on growth initiatives.

Yêu cầu

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital services.
  • Strong expertise in out-app marketing channels (social media, PR, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and partnerships).
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop engaging storytelling and high-impact brand campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in content marketing, digital advertising, and media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about growth marketing and brand innovation.
