Front-end Engineer (Javascript), Digital Business

We are looking for a great JavaScript/TypeScript developer who is proficient with ReactJS. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following the well-known Redux workflow. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop high-performance AI & surveillance applications.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

• 2+ years of Javascript, Typescript experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with the popular ReactJS workflow - Redux.
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Understanding of application-level networking protocols: RESTful APIs, socket, SSE, RPC.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc.
• Basic understanding of web security.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD.
• Familiarity with backend development (Java, Golang) is a plus.
