As a Product Owner, you will take charge of developing and managing Zalopay’s savings and investment products.

You will work closely with Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Support, Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the products not only function seamlessly but also deliver exceptional user experiences. Your focus will be on creating impactful savings and investment solutions that bring real value to Vietnamese users.

What We’re Looking For

  • The ability to bridge business needs, technical execution, and user experience while crafting influential financial solutions.
  • A passion for finance and drive meaningful change in users’ financial lives.
Required Skills
  • Business Acumen & Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of financial products such as fixed-income investment, savings, fund certificates, and securities, along with familiarity with financial market concepts.
  • Ability to identify market trends, regulatory frameworks, and user needs within Vietnam’s financial landscape, translating them into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
  • Passionate about the finance sector and driving real change in users' financial lives.
Product Design & Development
  • UI/UX Design: Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to conceptualize and create wireframes, paired with an aesthetic sense and user-focused mindset. Strong design thinking skills to craft intuitive, engaging product flows tailored to specific user groups and contexts.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of technical concepts to collaborate effectively with development teams, ensuring product feasibility and smooth integration into the Zalopay/partner ecosystem.
  • Project Management: Experience in building product roadmaps, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and managing backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret product-related data, user survey/ interview, analyze/validate insights, and make informed decisions. Having skill in using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase are a plus.
Project Management Skills
  • Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to align technical teams, business units, and external partners (e.g., banks or regulators).
  • Project Execution: Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and driving projects from ideation to successful deployment, earning positive user reception.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech organizations, financial companies, banks, or payment intermediaries.
