Mô tả công việc

  • Participate in all software development activities following the Agile Scrum process.
  • Design high-quality test cases to ensure software functionality and reliability.
  • Perform manual functional testing for each release and report issues to the development team.
  • Execute API testing using tools like Postman, and Swagger.
  • Identify and escalate issues in sandbox/staging/production environments as necessary.
  • Report test results, quality risks, and task progress to project/product managers.
  • Perform both scripted and exploratory testing to maximize test coverage.
  • Communicate progress and test outcomes effectively, both internally and with clients.

Yêu cầu

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual & API testing).
  • Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
  • Ability to write and execute database queries (MongoDB, MySQL).
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset in teamwork.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Appium).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6).
  • Familiarity with chatbot/AI conversation flow
