Job Purposes

The Senior HR Business Analyst cum Project Management is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical solutions, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation, operating cutting-edge software solutions aligned with business objectives of the HR department.

Job Description
  • Process improvement: Analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement, suggesting solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • HR system evaluation: Evaluate the functions of suitable HR management solutions, suggesting changes to leverage best practices of corresponding global HR operations.
  • HR system implementation: Coordinate with partners and other teams to deploy suitable HR management systems, implement all requirements to corresponding modules of the solutions.
  • HR system operation: Ensure system performance, support for operating changes and system usages.
  • Project management: Lead HR implementation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams and resources for seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business priorities. Act as a technical point of contact for the HR department, addressing custom solution needs and technical escalations.
  • Compliance: Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices align with employment laws and company policies.

Yêu cầu

  • 03 or more years of experience in analytics and systems implementation for Human Resource Management domain, especially in ogranization charts, employee data, talent acquisition, and talent management.
  • Three or more years of experience in IT project management by Agile methodology, especially in digital transformation.
  • Strong experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, information technology or computer science.
  • Good communication, both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English.
