About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Leader to drive marketing initiatives for the Daily Life Services (DLS) business unit, covering both online (e-commerce) and offline (food and beverage, retail merchants – with a primary focus). This role involves end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and budgeting to execution and performance tracking, with the aim of maximizing transactions, volume or fulfilling strategic commitments with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Leader to drive marketing initiatives for the Daily Life Services (DLS) business unit, covering both online (e-commerce) and offline (food and beverage, retail merchants – with a primary focus). This role involves end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and budgeting to execution and performance tracking, with the aim of maximizing transactions, volume or fulfilling strategic commitments with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to different merchant groups.
- Manage the marketing budget, aligning with FP&A and Key Account Managers.
- Design and implement campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations (POSM, events, etc.).
- Guide and support team members in connecting with and developing partnerships with merchants.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on transactions, GMV, or strategic goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights to drive innovation.
Yêu cầu
- At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing (F&B, retail, e-commerce, and digital payments preferred).
- Strong skills in campaign management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Experience in offline marketing, POSM, and in-store activations is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and strategic adaptability.
- Strong experience in management to drive team's performance
