We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–4 years of experience (senior-level candidates also welcome) to join our User Growth team. You will drive impactful business decisions through data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in this role. You'll play a key role in churn prevention initiativesreporting, and ad hoc analysis, supporting both strategic and operational goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and enjoys translating data into insights.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Project Operations (40%)

  • Collaborate with data team to develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Monitored churn user segment trends and issued alerts when needed.
  • Manage BI project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure data solutions align with business needs.

Churn Analysis & Prevention (40%)

  • Lead analysis of churn patterns using behavioral and product data.
  • Collaborate with product/data team in A/B testing on new product flows, UI/UX changes, and promotional campaigns to prevent/recall churn.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to design and monitor churn recall and prevention initiatives.

Ad-hoc Requests (20%)

  • Support business teams with data insights and deep-dive analysis on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide quick turnaround on high-priority analytical tasks.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
  • Python proficiency (used to access and analyze raw data stored on Python servers).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with a KPI-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong self-learning ability—quickly picking up new tools, techniques, and business concepts.
