As Product Management Trainee, you will help developing and managing Zalopay’s banking, affiliation, and funding domain.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the products function seamlessly and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your focus will be on creating impactful solutions that bring real value to Vietnamese users.
What will you do in a daily basic:
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the products function seamlessly and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your focus will be on creating impactful solutions that bring real value to Vietnamese users.
What will you do in a daily basic:
- Monitor the product cycle through data analysis and customer interviews to ensure exceptional user experiences
- Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment between business requirement and user experience
- Gather and utitlize data and customer insights to optimize features
- Support operation and customer support teams in supporting customers
Yêu cầu
- No prior experience is needed, but experience in a technology or fintech organization will be an advantage
- Compulsory requirements:
- Undergraduate students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
- Ability to work full-time is required
- Data analysis: Tech-savvy, strong analytical mindset
- User experience: An aesthetic sense and user-focused mindset
- Hard skills: Familiarity with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and design tool such as Figma is a plus
- Technical knowledge: Basic technical understanding and design system is a plus
- Domain knowledge: Knowledge of Vietnam’s financial and banking market is a plus
