We are looking for a HRBP Manager to partner with departments across tech and non-tech functions. This role works closely with business leaders to translate the business needs into people strategies, drive key HR activities, and enhance team performance and engagement. This role will play a vital role in ensuring people-related decisions and actions contribute to business success.


1. Strategic Business Partnership:


- Co-create and implement people strategies aligned with the Platform team's business roadmap .

- Participate in strategic workforce planning, org design, and capacity planning.


2. Talent Management & Development:


- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring plans meet team needs and align with business growth.

- Lead annual HR cycles: goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, bonus allocation, salary reviews, and promotion proposals.

- Work with managers on employee development, performance coaching, and succession planning to grow internal talent.


3. Leadership Enablement


- Coach managers on leadership behaviors, performance conversations, and team effectiveness.

- Support change management and cultural alignment initiatives.


4. Organization Development


- Partner with CoEs (L&D, TA, C&B) to deliver org-wide programs tailored to Platform needs.

- Monitor engagement, retention risks, and recommend interventions.


5. Culture and employee experience


- Act as a culture ambassador, reinforce VNGGames values.

- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle touchpoints across on boarding-to-offborading journey.

Yêu cầu

- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HR Business Partner role

- Proven hands-on experience in executing core HR processes—including recruitment, performance management, compensation review, talent development, and organizational change—within large, complex organizations"

- Business acumen: Ability to understand business dynamics and connect people strategies to business needs and outcomes.

- Consulting & Influence: Strong stakeholder management, challenge constructively, offer solutions not just problems.

- Problem-solving and decision-making: Comfortable navigating complex issues, identifying root causes, and proposing practical, timely solutions.

- Collaboration & Ownership: Builds trust across teams; takes ownership from insight to execution..

- Adaptability and resilience: Able to work in ambiguity and fast-changing environment with a flexible and proactive approach, keep moving when others stall.

- Continuous improvement mindset: Always looking for ways to make things better—for processes, experiences, and outcomes.
