Transcription - Translation
  • Serves as a communication center between the product operations team and its oversea business partners
  • Receive and respond to information through multiple communication channels (Teams, Zalo, Email, Phone,…)
  • Ensuring communicated information is accurate, on-time and on a need-to-know basis
  • Transcribing work documents and serves as a translator during meetings with oversea business partners
Project Management
  • Monitoring and coordinating the product operations team in order to ensure on-time delivery of goals and deliverables
  • Proactively resolving unforeseen issues and/or notifying the product operations team for potential solutions
  • Supporting the product operations team during new games researching process

Yêu cầu

Must have:
  • Good command of Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Good coordinating, project/time management skills
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Passionate in the gaming industry and/or the tech industry
  • Energetic, friendly and details oriented
  • Always open to learn new things and work well in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Nice to have:
  • University graduates majoring in the Chinese language or possessing recognized Chinese language certifications is a plus
  • Having at least 1 year of work experience in the gaming industry or the project management/coordination field is a plus
