Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and execute Business plan to acquire targeted merchants to acquire new users and TPV
  • Analyze and evaluate the market and competitors, to initiate proposals for new product & new business model development
  • Collaborate with Product team to raise a request to optimize business performance and user experience.
  • Keep track of all related business operation processes to ensure business quality and problem-solving.
  • Business reports and assessment, analyze problems, and provide solutions to promote business
  • Communicate with clients/ stakeholders whenever needed to best understand the product, requirements, processes, and key pain points to bring the best business solution
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximised

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and have background in Business Development is a plus
  • Must have strength in logical/critical thinking and be passionate about building a product
  • Good teamwork skillset, progressive, and dedicated
  • Embraces change and adapts to new company initiatives/directions with flexibility
  • Uses data available to keep up to date on performance and current business trends
  • Good English (spoken & written) is a plus
  • Existing network in fintech/e-payment/e-commerce
