Get to know Our Team: 

  • Being one of the most dynamic team in Zalopay, our mission is to promote a cashless Vietnam with a focus on some of the top daily user scenarios. We manage the entire growth funnel end-to-end, from developing strategic partnership, understanding user insight, driving product initiatives and go-to-market execution.  

  • Building on our domestic success, we’re now going global with cross-border initiatives that enable cashless usage for Vietnamese users when travelling aboard, and for international visitors when they come to Vietnam. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Business Development (60%) 

  • Play a role as a business owner of Cross-border project, taking ownership of partnership strategy and execution 

  • Evaluate market landscape, identify potential partners (International payment network, PSPs, E-wallets, etc...) in priority countries to expand ZaloPay's network, both inbound and outbound. 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the payment industry and ZaloPay’s capabilities to deliver tailored partnership solutions and strategic recommendations. 

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Bank Partnership, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Product) to onboard partners end-to-end, including due diligence, legal contracting, and technical integration. 

  • Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives to open potential collaborations. 

  1. Go-to-Market Strategy (40%) 

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product teams to design and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) plans that help to accelerate user adoption, and TPV (Total Payment Volume) of the product. 

  • Explore and build collaborative initiatives with third-party accelerators (e.g., travel agencies, tourism boards, OTA platforms, etc.) to drive product adoption among overseas users and Vietnamese travelers. 

  • Act as the key liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of joint campaigns, product rollouts, and partnership initiatives. 

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (User, TPV, Success Rate), and proactively propose action plans to optimize results. 

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Finance, or a related field 

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or international market expansion, ideally in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or travel-tech 

  • Proven track record of driving successful strategic partnership, or consulting clients for business growth 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing complex documentation, contracts, and multi-party communications 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English, be able to communicate effectively with partners from different countries 

  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking, employing proactive strategies in relationship-building and problem-solving 

  • Strong collaboration mindset, with the ability to navigate and align cross-functional teams. 

  • Familiarity with international payment flow or e-wallet ecosystems is a plus.
