Senior Marketing Specialist, VNGGames

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to lead brand building efforts for Choi Ngay – a multi-game portal available on both mobile and web. You will be responsible for growing our brand presence across major platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Discord, while also building and nurturing a strong user community across in-app channels, social media, and communication platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and strong community empathy to bring the brand closer to our players

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand strategy for Choi Ngay across social platforms and community touchpoints.
• Manage and grow official channels including Facebook, TikTok, Discord, and others.
• Work closely with product and UA teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support user growth goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of branding campaigns, community events, and engagement initiatives.
• Build and moderate active communities on Facebook groups, Discord servers, and in-app chat spaces.
• Monitor brand sentiment, user feedback, and engagement data to continuously improve strategy.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs, streamers, and creators to boost brand awareness.
