  • Coordinate the onboarding process for merchants and suppliers: guide registration, collect and verify documents, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Create and update partner accounts/IDs on internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Business, Legal, etc.) to support integration, test transaction/payment flows, and resolve issues.
  • Provide operational guidance to partners on how to use Zalopay’s systems and tools.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve requests or issues from existing partners (both merchants and suppliers).
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects by maintaining clear communication and timely coordination with stakeholders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management. 

Yêu cầu

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
