The Social Media Management Executive is responsible for managing the full process of planning, reviewing, publishing, and monitoring social media content on official channels. This role ensures content quality and brand consistency, proactively handles potential risks related to inappropriate content, and analyzes performance data to provide actionable insights for continuous channel improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning
1. Research product features, audience behavior, and platform trends to inform planning.
2. Propose monthly or campaign-based social content plans aligned with product and marketing strategy.
3. Build content pillars and directional briefs based on insights and platform requirements.
Production Management
1. Coordinate with freelancers/agencies to ensure content production meets quality, timeline, and branding guidelines.
2. Review and approve content at multiple stages (pre-production and final assets).
3. Supervise publishing schedules and ensure real-time monitoring of live content.
4. Manage risks related to off-brand or inappropriate content.
Channel Management & Growth
1. Track performance data across platforms and generate regular reports.
2. Extract insights to evaluate content effectiveness and user response.
3. Monitor industry and platform trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
4. Proactively suggest improvements to strategy, format, and content direction.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of experience in social media operations, digital content management, or community marketing.
2. Hands-on experience managing brand channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a strong advantage.
3. Proficient in tracking performance metrics and extracting actionable insights from data.
4. Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
5. Strong personal interest in Open World and/or Female-oriented game genres.
