Product Designer (UX/UI), VNGGames

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Product team in an on-site, full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will combine creative design thinking with a logical approach to problem-solving, creating user experiences for our supporting digital products such as payment systems, loyalty programs, and game publishing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Skills
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Design efficient workflows for complex internal tools and administrative systems
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries

Research Skills
• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors
• Perform usability testing to validate design decisions
• Analyze user data and metrics to inform design improvements
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices

Soft Skills
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts clearly and defend design decisions
• Manage feedback constructively and iterate accordingly
• Balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints

• At least 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional product team
• Design-related education (degree or certification)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about design challenges
• Logical approach to design decisions, with emphasis on both aesthetics and functionality
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe Suite
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills for digital products
