  • Build on existing and build up new relationships with famous Japanese developers & publishers 
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with publishers, developers, platforms, IP holders, and distribution channels in Japan
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Japanese game industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy and product direction.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and meetings in Japan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals, from game launches to live service operations.

Yêu cầu

  • Near Native fluence in Japanese and Working proficiency in English or Korean/Chinese
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or publishing in the gaming industry 
  • Experience in structuring and closing deals o Deep understanding of Japanese gamer behavior, market trends, and platform landscapes (console, mobile, PC)
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones
  • Have experience in negotiation and business development (Preferred) 
  • Possess strong communication, organization and planning skills
