This role is responsible for driving Zalopay’s user acquisition by developing and optimizing performance-based content campaigns, with a primary focus on scaling external out-app traffic. Reporting to the Associate Growth Manager, the Senior Growth Marketing Executive collaborates closely with other growth leaders to deliver measurable acquisition results through data-driven, high-impact content. The role aims to convert external audiences into active users, maximize advertising efficiency, and ensure sustained growth of the app’s user base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content-led user acquisition campaigns via external out-platform channels such as advertising, affiliate networks or referral
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to build engaging, high-performing ad creatives and landing page content based on user insights and data analysis
  • Monitor and optimize acquisition campaign performance and budget
  • Drive a year-long performance content strategy, aligned with business goals, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
  • Oversees overall acquisition advertising budget and planning for both BAU and seasonal campaigns
  • Research, track, and analyze market trends, consumer behaviors and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay informed about industry innovations and changes that may impact advertising strategies

Yêu cầu

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on content strategy and optimization. Experience with e-commerce, fintech, e-wallet or other online services with large userbases is strongly preferred.
  • Highly experience with major advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google and other local networks such as Accesstrade, Adflex are compulsory
  • Knowledgeable on current market’s financial service product offerings, especially domestic market, is preferred.
  • High level of understanding of online traffic analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Appsflyer are strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create and scale data-driven content campaigns that drive measurable growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Experience in A/B testing, content experimentation, and deriving insights from campaign performance
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what content drives engagement and conversion
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
