VALORANT is more than just a game — it’s a culture, a community, and a battlefield for self-expression. We’re looking for a Campaign Executive who shares that belief and wants to help shape the way players experience the game beyond their screens.
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll help us drive high-impact campaigns — from offline activations to branded merchandise and influencer partnerships — that elevate the brand and engage our growing community.

1. Offline Campaign & Community Engagement
  • Lead execution of offline campaigns, from TVC/ brand asset production, community events, activations, to larger branding initiatives, ensuring smooth, on-brand, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with local communities and cyber networks to maintain consistent user engagement and build stronger player loyalty.
  • Ensure brand consistency and player-first focus across all offline touchpoints.
2. Merchandise Management
  • Ideate and develop creative merchandise concepts that support campaign goals or celebrate key game milestones.
  • Manage production, vendor coordination, and logistics for merchandise distribution.
  • Work with partners for co-branded merchandise opportunities that align with VALORANT’s tone and fanbase.
3. Brand & Influencer Partnerships
  • Identify and manage opportunities for brand collaborations that resonate with our target audience and expand VALORANT’s cultural footprint.
  • Work with KOLs, streamers, and influencers to amplify campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience insight.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
4. User Sentiment & Optimization
  • Implement research on user experience with community team across campaigns, events, and community channels.
  • Use insights to optimize execution strategies and propose creative ideas to improve player experience.
  • Stay on top of social trends, memes, and community conversations to identify timely engagement opportunities.
  • Weekly/ monthly report.

Yêu cầu

  • 1–3 years of experience in agency-side campaign execution or IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications).
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt global brand concepts to local relevance.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Must be an active VALORANT player — you understand the game, the community, and what gets players hyped.
