Get to know Our Team: 

We are one of the most dynamic teams at Zalopay driving up cashless payment of users on top daily demands of express & last-mile logistics. Not only in such key cities as Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, we extend our footprints into province cities via strong collaboration with emerging enterprises partnership as well.

Understanding insights from diverse groups (users, drivers, merchants, partners, etc.) and deploying resourceful payment products & growth initiatives are our daily jobs to be done. Built on strong partnerships and delivery of continuous growth initiatives, we believe we are heading to the goal where we are creating sustainable value for our users & partners.

Get to know Your Role: 

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing player with a burning passion to drive up business across the abovementioned categories. 
  • Obsessed with product growth & enthusiastic about building usage stories are on top of the list.
  • Desired candidate will need to have 1-2 years' experience in the Marketing field, with a solid foundation in product marketing, coupled with a high interest in the express & logistics world.
  • Above all, the successful candidate should have careful & excellent execution capability, collaboration with multiple teams and self-lead their progress. He/she will be a self-motivated, disciplined and resilient individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

1. Growth Marketing (40%)
  • Do everything it takes to grow payment volume & monthly paying users.
  • Conduct diligent research on users, market, key players across industries for actionable learnings to build up growth marketing campaigns, including but not limited to user passion points, winning user journey, communication platform, activation platform, promotion offerings, etc.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plan for new product initiatives.
  • Manage performance tracking of product/promotion/media/campaign metrics and draw out action plan to enhance performance.
  • Play an active role in exploring opportunities & challenges and propose new ideas to drive up marketing impacts.
  • Work closely with internal parties (Account Management, Product, other business verticals, etc..) and external partners to ensure smooth alignment & execution.

2. Communication (30%):
  • Develop & execute perfectly everything to the end users.
  • Build up comprehensive social campaigns to increase brand consideration, user acquisition, and user retention.
  • Create the content strategy to create valuable and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and foster community engagement.
  • Execute the digital strategy to ensure right objectives of campaigns, achieving excellent ads on digital platforms (Google, TikTok, Facebook) and optimize the conversion funnel.

3. Marketing & Product Operations (30%):
  • Master the procedures to drive the end results.
  • Plan the in-app promotion strategy & execution to ensure visibilities & conversions.
  • Own & enhance the in-app traffic via internal touchpoints (banners, notifications, messages, user flows, etc.)
  • Monitor efficient operations of campaigns, promotional systems, communication channels, media mix, growth performance and budget management.
  • Identify and resolve challenges fast that arise during the execution of initiatives/campaigns.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Growth Marketing Lead. Either small or big ones, you are always contributing to our vertical’s growth thanks to novel ideas, smooth operation & can-do attitude!

  • 1-2 years' experience in the Growth or Marketing field (Technology, Ride-hailing, Food Delivery, Express, Digital Goods, E-wallet, Ecommerce is an advantage)
  • Flexible mindsets & skillsets to head up any business challenge & control the situation.
  • Sharp & strong critical thinking with a passion for Product & Marketing. Being innovative & proactive in developing product is a plus.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable building relationships and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good data analysis & performance tracking skills
  • Major in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product or related fields.
  • Based in HCMC
