This isn’t your average entry-level job. As a BDR, you’re the front line of our sales engine - connecting with businesses, generating leads, and opening doors. You’ll be taught FX market strategy, trading tools, technical platforms, and how to communicate with C-suite executives. It's a fast-paced role with daily wins and serious career progression. This role is viewed as a development pathway toward roles in Business Development Manager, Dealer, and FX Account Executive Hybrid.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Creating a strong first impression of Instantia
- Booking meetings for the senior sales team
- Keeping our CRM sharp and our pipeline buzzing
- Learning real market skills - FX options, hedging, macro trends
- Working closely with mentors and senior team members
- Using AI and tech to boost outreach and lead generation

Yêu cầu
- Ambitious Business/Finance grads who want to break into finance, learn fast, and grow into high-impact sales or trading roles.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
- No prior experience needed - just hustle, hunger, and good vibes. You’ll be trained from the ground up and backed by a team that wants to see you win.
