1. Product Development
  • Drive the development of core platform capabilities, including user segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign management systems to support marketing and product engagement use cases at scale.
  • Design and launch innovative growth formats and delivery methods to boost user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal game studios and external partners (Meta, Google, CleverTap) to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
  • Continuously assess the evolving needs of game studios to define and shape new product initiatives and features for the growth platform.
2. Product Management
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on data insights, feedback, and impact potential.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
3. Product Operations
  • Build and manage operational plans and performance reports to measure and communicate success. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance the growth platform’s effectiveness in driving user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention. 

Yêu cầu

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management or growth-related roles, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes through product initiatives.
  • Experience with platform products (e.g., marketing automation, user segmentation, payments, or internal tools) is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of product management principles and agile development practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business stakeholders (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to align product outputs with business goals.
  • Strong analytical thinking, demonstrated through real-world projects — such as defining success metrics, designing dashboards, validating hypotheses, or driving decision-making through data insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
