Job description

  1. Responsible for the commercialization and activity planning and operation of overseas mobile games, including relevant commercialization/activity planning in the game, and assist the person in charge of commercialization to ensure the achievement of revenue targets;
  2. Design targeted activities according to different markets and types of user behaviors to achieve the goals of each operation stage of the product;
  3. Be able to collect and refine user needs from players or sort out needs through version effect analysis, deeply explore user demands, expand user active space, and continue to conduct refined in-depth mining;
  4. For each version data target, conduct version & activity data review, analyze the reasons for data compliance/non-compliance, and assist the person in charge of commercialization to formulate the next plan

Yêu cầu

  1. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the game industry, with complete mobile game project commercialization operation experience (catapult competitive, numerical MMO, card games are preferred), familiar with the commercialization operation work at each stage of the game life cycle;
  2. Have relevant work experience in game commercialization/activity design, can understand numerical design, be sensitive to data, can coordinate in-game resources, and have experience in game numerical planning;
  3. Have certain research and experience in the design methods and experience optimization of modules such as core gameplay, numerical design, economic system, social system, etc. of mainstream games, be familiar with the player's mental model, and have good aesthetic ability;
  4. Good oral and written expression skills, able to write various documents, strong summary and induction;
  5. Be meticulous and patient in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and have strong stress resistance and teamwork ability.
  6. Those with experience in commercial operation of mobile games in the European and American markets are preferred.
