Assistant HR Business Partner, Game Publishing Oversea
The HR Business Partner function for our publishing studios is responsible for human resource strategy in support the studio business plan for growth in the future, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management as well as recruitment, this function to ensure employee experience from end to end.

The HR Business Partner function for our publishing studios is responsible for human resource strategy in support the studio business plan for growth in the future, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management as well as recruitment, this function to ensure employee experience from end to end.
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Acting as a bridge between Studios and the TA team, supporting alignment and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
- S/he will help clarify hiring needs, facilitate communication, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
- Additionally, S/he will provide backup support for candidates who are difficult for the TA team to reach.
- Provide end-to-end support from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, setting performance and probationary goals.
- Oversee the management of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in each country.
- Handle projects and ad-hoc assignments from upper management.
- Work with HR functions to ensure Employee experience
- Handle end-to-end procurement/operations of office to ensure operate office smoothly.
- Organize all Shanghai office employee events
- Facility and office management.
Yêu cầu
- Experience as a HR preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Strong analytics the ability to analyze data and provide recommendation for actions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced and diversity environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English communication
