Merchant Acquisition & Growth:
  • Actively identify and engage with current and potential merchants to expand our network and drive user acquisition and Total Payment Volume (TPV).
  • Develop and execute effective business plans to onboard and nurture these key partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Product team to provide valuable market feedback and raise requests for product optimization, ensuring an excellent user experience and strong business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Relationship Management:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, enabling you to propose the best business solutions.
  • Cultivate and grow long-term partnerships, maximizing all potential opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the results of various projects with partners, including co-created content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Track and monitor all related business operation processes to ensure quality and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive business reports and assessments, analyze challenges, and propose data-driven solutions to promote business growth

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience or a strong interest in Business Development, sales, or account management, fintech, E-commerce is a plus. Especially enthusiastic fresh graduates with relevant internships.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and propose practical solutions.
  • Good teamwork skillset, progressive and dedicated
  • Embraces change and adapts to new company initiatives/directions with flexibility
  • Ability to use data available to keep up to date on performance and current business trends
