Mô tả công việc

  • Manage and maintain full oversight of construction, A&A and customer fit-out projects to ensure STT GDC’s Group Minimum Standards (GMS) and any other related STT GDC EHS standards and requirements, relevant statutory obligations and regulatory requirements, codes, and laws, are implemented, efficiently managed, and maintained throughout the duration of each project.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure the Project Safety Management System is effectively implemented.
  • Conduct biannual compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Attend daily project coordination meetings to address safety matters.
  • Compile and submit monthly EHS reports, including key metrics such as man-hours, safety indicators, and compliance status.
  • Support STT-VNG Data Center Operations and contractors in safe planning and execution of work activities.
  • Review and provide input on high-risk activities and related safety documentation; oversee execution when necessary (may include weekends/after-hours).
  • Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported and investigated per STT GDC Incident Management standards.
  • Assist with urgent onsite investigations for serious incidents or dangerous occurrences.
  • Conduct regular EHS inspections, task observations, and follow up on findings.
  • Attend and document key EHS meetings as required by the Country EHS Manager.
  • Lead ISO 45001 / BizSafe audits and certification processes.
  • Develop and implement EHS programs, procedures, and awareness campaigns at the data center.
  • Support other EHS-related tasks and initiatives as assigned by the Country Head.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Tertiary Level Qualification in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in Construction / Addition & Alteration type of works with at least 2 years of experience in managing EHS in operations.
  • Data center, facility management or manufacturing related EHS experience is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the interpretation and application of OSHAS 18000/ISO14001/ISO45001
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong EHS technical knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good English
