About Us:
GreenNode.ai is a leading provider of GPU Cloud and AI Platform solutions, delivering powerful computing capabilities and advanced artificial intelligence platforms to empower businesses worldwide. We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team, driving the analysis of business requirements and optimizing our AI Platform and GPU Cloud products to deliver maximum value to our customers
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Product Managers, technical, and design teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GreenNode.ai’s AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Specification), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience on the AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
  • Product Development Support: Work with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards set by GreenNode.ai.
  • Solution Validation: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that AI and GPU Cloud solutions meet client expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to propose product improvements, optimize performance, and enhance value for end-users of the AI Platform and GPU Cloud.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure business requirements align with the strategic goals of the AI Platform, GPU Cloud, and GreenNode.ai’s overall business objectives.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Information System.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Basic understanding of GPU Cloud, AI/ML, APIs, and high-performance computing platforms is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proactive and creative in proposing innovative solutions.
  • Language: capable of writing English documentation and communicating effectively
