  • Design, create, and fine-tune automation workflows in N8N to handle real business processes for projects and teams across VNGGames, focusing on use cases like recruitment tracking, finance automation, legal document flows, customer support, research data handling, email automation, and daily task optimization.
  • Discuss with teams to understand their needs, then suggest straightforward automation ideas using N8N to boost efficiency and cut down on manual work.
  • Connect N8N with our internal tools, APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party apps to make everything run smoothly.
  • Keep an eye on active workflows, fix any issues that pop up, and maintain them to ensure they're reliable and up-to-date.
  • Guide and train other departments on how to use these N8N workflows, helping them get the most out of our Applied AI tools.
  • Share ideas for better processes, spot opportunities for new tech or solutions, and collaborate with Product Managers to evolve our AI features based on real feedback. 

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience. 
  • Hands-on experience building automation workflows with N8N 
  • Comfortable hooking up N8N to systems via APIs (like REST, Webhooks, OAuth2) – you know how to make things talk to each other.
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to handle data flows effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus, as is experience in DevOps, scripting (JavaScript or Python), or the gaming industry.
  • Strong at analyzing business problems, thinking logically, and solving issues on the fly. Great communication for teamwork, plus a proactive vibe to spot and fix things before they become problems.
  • Willingness to use our go-to tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc
