Primary objective: Levering your User Acquisition expertise to grow the user base for new games and re-engage user acquisition efforts in SEA markets. 

Responsibilities:
  • Managing various advertising platforms (incl. Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Unity, Applovin, Line, etc) as well as overseeing every aspect of campaign execution, such as budget, optimization, analytics, etc.
  • Optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis on a daily basis, and adjustment tailoring to ROAs’ improvement.
  • Together with UA team, finding new opportunities and new channels and applying best and latest practices throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborate directly with other departments to ensure the success of game launching and maintain performance of old titles.
  • Report directly to the Team Leader or Marketing Manager regarding campaign performance.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager. as budget, optimization, analytics, etc.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or mobile game marketing.
  • Experience in managing large budget 
  • Being proficient in at least Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads and having deep knowledge of key metrics: CTR, IPM, ROAs, LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, etc.
  • Strong analytical skill, high data sensitivity.
  • Intermediate English proficiency for collaboration with an international team.
  • Previous experience working in agency or the game company is a plus.
Nice to have:
  • Passion for video games or mobile apps in general.
  • Proactive in self-learning and staying updated with new trends and technologies in the industry.
