I. About Us

We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team, driving the analysis of business requirements and optimizing our Cloud & AI Stack to deliver maximum value to enterprise customers.

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, business) to translate product vision into clear, detailed business requirements across VNGCloud's IaaS, PaaS, and AI Platform offerings.
  • Develop high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
2. Process Optimization
  • Analyze current processes and system workflows to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency and better user experience across cloud services.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights and specifications for development and QA teams to ensure delivery meets business expectations and quality standards.
3. Solution Validation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and performance of cloud and AI-related features before release.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the final solution meets customer and business needs.
  • Data-Driven Product Insights
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously improve products such as vServer, VKS, and AI Stack, enhancing performance and value for end users.
  • Translate insights into feature proposals and prioritized backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.

Yêu cầu

1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-focused projects, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or AI/ML platforms.
2. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in creating clear and structured documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, diagrams).
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Nice to have: basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), APIs, or AI/ML platform architecture.
3. Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of proposing creative and practical solutions.
  • Able to read and write clear and concise documentation in English.
