  • Assist in organizing and operating internal and external company events, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to execute brand campaigns.
  • Support communication activities such as email marketing and social posts to promote events and brand campaigns.
  • Execute event plans from preparation, set-up, on-site supervision to post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and documents for events.
  • Support branding-related activities, ensuring brand image consistency.
  • Participate in research, idea proposals, and improvements in event operation processes.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
  • 3rd or 4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work flexibly according to event schedules
  • Experience in clubs, event organization, or community activities is a plus.
