  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business goals.
  • Plan content themes and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc).
  • Manage post scheduling using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and traffic.
  • Analyse data and user behaviour to adjust content and strategy for better results.
  • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support cross-functional campaigns with appropriate social media amplification.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Test and suggest new content formats, trends, and engagement tactics.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Hanoi-based universities) in Communication, Marketing, Creative Arts, Foreign Languages, Economics, or other relevant majors
  • Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication.
  • Passion for games and understanding of gaming culture.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for content that drives engagement.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proficient in Meta’s native tools, including Business Suite and Ads Manager, as well as equivalent tools across other social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
