Senior FP&A Executive, Zalopay

The FP&A Executive partners with business units, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive business planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role supports strategic decision-making and ensures financial efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Performance Monitoring (50%)

Focus User growth & Global partnership team

• Assist in developing and reviewing the marketing planning (promotions, performance ads, branding & other marketing expenses).
• Assist in monitoring and improving Loyalty model for end user engagement.
• Assist in cost control & monitor the KPI(s) achievement (TPV, revenue and user growth).
• In charge of operational tasks for marketing activities.

Overall Financial Reporting (25%)

• Conduct evaluation & analysis (i.e. weekly/monthly) on performance to assist C-Level in tracking business performance against objectives.
• Partnership with stakeholders on month-end closing & other financial report.

Budget Control & Forecasting (15%)

• Control budgets, expense payout, request to amend on a timely basis to optimize financial results.
• Perform monthly financial forecasting on user base and P&L metrics.

Process Improvement & Report Automation (10%)

• Partner with data department and other stakeholders to enhance dashboard and report to serve financial management, including AI-based forecasting.
• Call and participate to automate processes or streamline existing processes to optimize performance.

Complexity

• Work closely with the Management Team Members including Head of Function, CFO
• This role will be responsible for partnering across organizations in the delivery of overall targets for the organization
• Work well under pressure and can deal effectively with ambiguity  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or economics.
• Experience: 1-2 years’ relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or auditing.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Exposure to online media and e-commerce sectors is a plus.
